Business Manager - Engineering Recruitment
I have 4 years of experience specialising in Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment, and I head the engineering division here at THOMAS Professional.
I have a strong focus on building long-term client partnerships and supporting business growth through effective hiring strategies. My approach is very consultative and relationship-driven, it’s not just about filling roles, but really getting to know each business, their goals, and their long-term plans so I can support them in the best way possible.

I specialise in permanent Sales roles at THOMAS Professional.
With a strong background in estate agency and property recruitment, I bring both industry knowledge and a genuine passion for connecting businesses with exceptional talent.
Having seen first-hand how the right hire can transform a team and drive long-term success, I take a people-focused approach to recruitment. I enjoy understanding both clients’ needs and candidates’ ambitions to ensure the best fit for everyone involved.
In my role, I’m excited to broaden my expertise beyond property and sales, explore new sectors, and build strong, lasting relationships with a wide range of organisations.
I’m also a big traveler and a bit of a foodie. Once, I combined the two and tried snake in China, safe to say it won’t be making a return appearance on my menu!
Joshua Findlay-Huxstep
Recruitment Consultant
Having started my career as a CNC Machinist before moving into car mechanics and eventually car sales, I bring first-hand industry experience and a genuine passion for engineering to my role at THOMAS Professional.
I specialise in CNC recruitment, using my technical knowledge and experience on the tools to understand exactly what both clients and candidates are looking for. Having worked in the industry myself, I know the importance of finding the right fit and aim to make the recruitment process as straightforward and seamless as possible.
Outside of recruitment, I’m a massive petrolhead. If it’s got an engine, I’m interested! When I’m not fixing cars, you’ll usually find me surfing in Cornwall, fishing or getting back into Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.
Luke Trigg
Recruitment Consultant
Having spent several years working in insurance, progressing from Personal Lines into Commercial Insurance.
I specialise in Engineering recruitment and enjoy the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds, understand their ambitions and help them take the next step in their careers.
My approach is built around being friendly, honest and approachable. I aim to support candidates throughout every stage of their job search while building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone secure the opportunity they’ve been looking for.
When not in work, I’m a proud dad to two children and enjoy playing golf, watching football and kickboxing to keep fit.

I kicked off my marketing career three years ago after graduating in Business, gaining experience in the automotive industry before moving into recruitment marketing. I now get to do what I love with a brilliant team.
I’m all about creating social content that grabs attention, brings humour into the mix and connects with people through strong design. I have worked across all areas of marketing, from brand strengthening to lead generation. I use insight-led thinking, problem-solving and emerging AI tools to deliver campaigns that don’t just look good and actually perform.
I spend my days working alongside the amazing TRG teams, while still making time for holidays, good music and great food.

Finance Assistant
With a solid background in recruitment finance and a Level 2 Accountancy qualification, I’ve spent the last two years at THOMAS helping keep the numbers in check and the finance function running smoothly across both THOMAS Recruitment and THOMAS Professional.
Outside of work, I’m a big Chelsea fan and foodie. I play the occasional squash, and my Spotify Wrapped thinks I’m 83, which pretty much tells you all you need to know about my music taste.
Natalie Hinton
Group Services Manager
Since joining THOMAS and the world of recruitment my role has grown and developed into a very exciting and fascinating role. As Group Support Manager my role is to do just that, support the team and the company in specific areas of the business – Compliance, HR & Talent.
Compliance is something I’m very passionate about and ensuring our company standard of 100% is achieved consistently. This provides a clear USP for working with THOMAS but also complete peace of mind and brand protection for our clients.
Our candidate files are audited every week in preparation for payroll. I audit our candidate files for each operation every month to ensure we are maintaining our high standards of operating.

On a few occasions, we have received planned and unplanned audits from GLAA, BEIS and our clients – all of which we’ve passed with flying colours.
I also create and deliver regular workshops on Compliance and Stronger Together discussing Modern Day Slavery with everyone within the company. This allows us to ensure these topics and practices remain of utmost importance in our day-to-day work. The team has been very complimentary of these workshops which is something I’m really proud of.

With over 12 years in recruitment, I work as a true extension of my clients’ HR teams, building long-standing partnerships and delivering people who genuinely fit.
Although most of my clients are in Manufacturing, Engineering and Logistics, my experience is broad. I’ve recruited everything from office-based roles (Business Development, Customer Service, Coordination, HR, Finance), to operational and more technical positions across Production, Process Improvement, CAD/Design, Maintenance Engineering and senior leadership.
